Refund policy

At Nica D’or, each jar is produced in small, limited batches and handled with care. Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

As a raw, artisanal honey, natural variations in color, texture, and consistency are expected and reflect its authenticity.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Nicadorreserve@gmail.com, including your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review and make it right where applicable.
